* The product comes with a standard warranty period (as specified on the warranty card) from the date of

purchase.

* This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

* It does not cover damages caused by mishandling, power fluctuations, misuse, or poor water quality.

2. Installation & Usage

* Installation must be carried out by an authorized technician or approved representative.

* The product must be connected to standard RO water or water within acceptable TDS range (typically

below 280 ppm) for optimal performance.

* The device must be plugged into a stabilizer to protect it from voltage surges.

3. Service & Maintenance

* Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to ensure long-term efficiency.

* Use only original or compatible parts and accessories.

* For preventive maintenance or repair, contact the authorized service center.

4. Limitations of Liability

The manufacturer or seller shall not be held responsible for:

* Any physical damage due to incorrect installation or unauthorized service.

* Any damage caused by natural calamities (flood, lightning, etc.).

* Any secondary damage resulting from water leakage, misuse, or faulty installation.

5. Product Returns & Replacements
